the innovative add-on for more diversity and family awareness
As experts in the field of digital childcare, we support companies with a low-threshold and digital solution that can be used worldwide and is highly flexible.
Using an interactive video solution, online-experienced kids coaches look after children from the age of 4 with a large selection of theatre, handcrafts and painting activities, experiments, dance & movement, and thus support parents for up to 2 hours a day in the home.
Our childcare offers are characterised by loving stimulation and shared experience without the idea of achievement.

Support for employees

Working in a home office is characterized by a high degree of flexibility. This meets the needs of employees, as they have greater scope for organising their work.
This also requires the possibility of being able to complete concentrated work units.
for the recruitment of participants
Congresses, trade fairs, webinars and training courses - digitalisation is disrupting entire industries.
With a supplementary offer such as the digital Childcare , companies achieve greater attention for their online event and get more commitments from the target group "fathers and mothers".
as an additional offer for applicants
The continuing shortage of skilled workers means that companies must provide attractive offers in order to retain the best employees in the company in the future. Especially for female managers, family-friendly offers are among the most important decision-making criteria when choosing a career.
